Back in the day, when I was a student, I lived in shared digs. My room was right at the top of a big old house, virtually in the eaves. During the summer it was great because I could open my windows fully and I`d have fabulous views of the surrounding area. It wasn`t much fun in the winter though because there wasn`t any central heating in the dwelling and my room would be freezing.
